Soup of carrots in the ginger

For the mums (and the papas, and the brothers and sisters)

Soup of carrots in the ginger

For 4 persons
1 kilogram of carrots
20 grammes of ginger (that is about 2 cm of root)
2 bars of bouillon of fowl streamlined
Basil for the decor (frozen at this time of year)

Peel carrots and cut them in pieces.

10 cl of milk
soft paprika

1 potato 1/4 of lemon
1 piece of sugar

100 grammes of zucchinis
some leaves of parsley
1/2 litre of milk infant
20 grammes of gorgonzola
