Soup cress

1 big handle of cress
1 small potato
10 cl of milk
soft paprika
1 tablespoonful of cream fraiche

Sort out and wash cress
Peel and wash potato
Cut potato in pieces and put 3/4litre of water with cress
Cooked one hour.
To mix the vegetables of the saucepan, to top up the milk there and cream fraiche

Let warm up and give infant
