Purée of soft sweet potatoes

And here soon said after fact.

The first recipe will be a purée of soft sweet potatoes, tested and approved by Maël, my son old of 9 months, in the midday.

Purée of soft sweet potatoes

1 soft sweet potatoe
1 hazelnut of butter
a little milk

To peel the soft sweet potato, to cut it in cubes, to put it has cook in a saucepan with some water.

Cook about twenty minutes.

Crush in the fork (an utensil at least to be washed), add a little milk for smoothness.

A hazelnut of butter and it is ready!!!
