Soup of zucchinis

1 zucchini
some leaves of persill
100 grammes of fromage frais beaten in 40 % of fats

Wash the parsley
Cut the ends of the zucchini, wash and cut (keep the skin)
Put the zucchini to be cooked in a saucepan with 1 litre of cold water and the parsley
Cook about 1 hour with gentle heat
Mix the contents of the saucepan and add the fromage frais

Eh hop! infant is going to love!!
